One thing we can guilty of as window cleaners is that we get into a rut with our tools. We find something we are comfortable with and then decide it's the only thing that will work.
I know I'm just as guilty as as anyone else at times but I do love new tools. And since the industry is always moving forward we do well to examine (and when possible) try new tools.
As an example I recently had a lengthy debate with another window cleaner about using a brush instead of a strip washer for traditional cleaning. I came to the realization that I would have to try this tool to be able to say it's not for me.

I recommend attending a networking event near you to have a chance to try some new tools and talk to guys who are using them every day with great success. Who knows you may find a tool that ends up increasing your profit margin and making your job a little easier.
