Building your business

It may seem like an odd time to talk about building your business but winter can be a great time to do just that. Here we only have a couple days of residential work in the months of January and February so we have the extra time to evaluate how the previous year went. We did some small mailings and door hangers this year w/ great results so our focus will be working on a bigger direct mail campaign for the spring and summer of the coming year. Having just joined the WCRA we have access to the direct mail pieces used by one of the country's most successful window cleaning companies All County Window Cleaning. We also will be doing what we can to attend the IWCA trade show in St Pete Beach, Fl in February to see what new tools or techniques we can use to improve our business. Not to mention spending time visiting with any other WCR and WCRA members to talk shop.
